An exercise in creating armatures, this film was made for my Stop Motion class.
Made with Dragonframe.
For the girl (above), I wrapped wool around her limbs for skin instead of using latex. Her mask was made of balsa wood. For the dress I layered Cinefoil under fabric to give it rigidity while still allowing movement. I used Cinefoil for the hair as well.
The eyeball creature (below) was made in a similar way, with wool "skin" wrapping around its foam and wire armature.
The eyeball was created by painting a wooden ball, gluing a printout of an iris on top, and coating liberally with a clear nail polish.
